Early bird ticket pricing is available through March 13
You’re invited! Our multi-day conference will take place from May 12-15, 2026 in San Francisco, online, and all around the Bay Area. Join us for this regional gathering with keynote speakers, deep-dive breakouts, field trips, and abundant opportunities to connect with your peers.
This conference is for you if you work for climate resilience in the Bay Area. We invite leaders and learners, professionals and practitioners in all stages of their careers and all branches of an organization. Whether your role is working on the land or water, communicating, interpreting, fundraising, directing, interning, hiring, and more. Join us to learn, connect, and collaborate!
Pace, Scale & Durability
This year’s conference theme will center on Pace, Scale, and Durability. As we collaborate in service of healthy lands, waters, and people, there are a lot of dynamics to juggle, from deadlines to trust-building, system-level change to change in the weeds (literally), and sustainability for years to come. Learn from peers and leaders across the region about practical and tactical tools to find the right pace and scale for enduring, transformational projects and programs for climate resilience and equity.
Explore Field Trips
On May 14 & 15, TOGETHER Bay Area member organizations will host trips across the Bay Area for a boots-on-the ground (and water!) opportunity to learn, connect, and contribute.
From shoreline restoration to ongoing co-management and stewardship, building new trails to creating strategic plans for new acquisitions, join project implementors and stewards for conversations about their challenges and successes in managing pace, scale, and durability. Spend the day outside, build connections with colleagues, and lend your expertise and experience for projects still in the works!
Check out all of the 2026 Conference field trips. Field trips fill up quickly, so be sure to register soon to reserve your space on your first-choice trip!
Meet Conference Speakers
Online, on the main stage, and in breakout sessions, our speakers will lead conversations about the partnerships, strategies, tools and tactics that enable durable, on-pace climate resilience projects and programs at scale.
Our main stage will include a session with Secretary Wade Crowfoot, who joins California’s 30×30 Partnership Coordination Committee members for a conversation about building partnerships across differences to collaborate towards our shared goal of 30×30.
